SALES EXECUTIVE

Our client in the water industry incorporated in Uganda with the aim of offering affordable and clean water solutions to businesses and individuals across the globe seeks to hire Sales Executives. The ideal candidates’ primary purpose will be to achieve set sales targets, identify new points of contacts, maintain and promote strong customer relationship among the existing customers, promote the firm through building identity in the marketplace by adapting to emerging trends.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company’s services to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop clientele through networking.
  • Make presentations to prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and present them to the Company.
  • Represent the firm in negotiating and building relationship with shippers and carriers.
  •  Negotiate and contract
  •  Maintain consistent positive interactions to nurture customer relationships.

  • Be the face of the company and maintain the brand's positive image.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher
  • Passion for target sales and marketing
  • At least 3 years' experience in Sales & marketing of preferably a logistics company
  • Strong knowledge of the local freight forwarding industry
  • Self-managed and result oriented.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
